Exploring a Wisdom Christianity: Three Days of Deepening Practice and Inquiry

Nov 10, 2018 - Mar 9, 2019

These events will give participants the opportunity to deepen their experiential grasp of a Wisdom Christianity and integrate their experiential understanding to update and enliven their faith. Participatory in form, there will be a variety of spiritual practices that will be introduced and experienced. These three full days will consist of a balance and rhythm of Wisdom teaching, spiritual practice, directed discussion, and shared ritual. Because they will be spread out over several months, participants will be given time for integration. While these days of practice and inquiry can stand alone, together they will build toward a sequential coherence that will serve as a firm foundation for future Wisdom learnings. Familiarity with Centering Prayer or other spiritual practices is necessary.
