Feb 13, 2019

Roger Lipsey, master biographer and longtime Gurdjieff practitioner, provides a brilliant new exploration of the quintessential Western esoteric teacher of the twentieth-century. Roger will discuss the book and its background, exchange with the audience, and sign books at the newly opened Politics and Prose location.

Wednesday, February 13, 7 to 8pm.

Politics and Prose at  UNION MARKET
1270 5th Street NE
Washington, D.C. 20002

This is a public event. Please consider bringing interested friends. The Brentwood neighborhood is vibrant/transitional with restaurants, shops, wholesalers and warehouses. There is a coffee shop in across the hallway from the entrance to the bookstore. The book, with a forward by Cynthia Bourgeault, is available through Amazon at a reduced price of $13.36.

Access and Parking:
Metro: NOMA/Gallaudet is a 10 minute walk to the bookstore.

Parking: Union Market is bustling during business hours. In the evening it is much quieter and parking on the street near the store is easy. There is a street level parking lot across from the bookstore which holds about 100 cars, and it is free.
