Inner Practice

Giving yourself an Inner Task to attend to as you fulfill a specific activity, or taking up an Inner Task for the day, is a wonderful way to engage Wisdom Practice in daily life. A living Wisdom becomes possible when we practice our inner work as we engage in our outer work in the world.

Jeanine Siler Jones welcomes you to a series of foundational Wisdom Inner Tasks. Part I includes exercises for Weeks I through IV, and Part II includes exercises for Week V through VIII for a practice series of eight Inner Tasks.
